Chinese Immersion Programs
Join us in studying Mandarin Chinese in our exciting and comprehensive immersion programs. Unlike other disciplines, language study is a truly personal persuit; and demands flexibility to best reflect the students study habits and goals. Volunteer in China
In order to encourage and facilitate interaction and charity between different cultures, GCC works in coordination with multiple volunteer organizations throughout China. China is such that while cities have developed rapidly, and the financial and business sectors are stronger than ever, the wealth is not evenly distributed. These poorer areas are always welcome to those willing to help; whether that be in Sichuan or Tibet. We seek to provide our program participants with a chance to make a difference, to participate in volunteer service with the intention of making the world, and China, a better place. Some of the programs we offer include: teaching English in rural areas, working with certain NGO’s to aid in environmental conservation, and a variety of others.
